Can we hire Arcton only for architecture?
Yes. Our services can be appointed individually, although integrated design and build creates the strongest continuity between design intent and site delivery.
When should we contact you?
Early is useful. We can help evaluate a site, brief, budget or existing design before major commitments are made.
Do you manage consultants and approvals?
Yes. Scope depends on the project, but we can coordinate structural, services and specialist consultants and support planning or permit documentation.
How do you keep design aligned with budget?
Cost and buildability checks are introduced throughout design rather than left until documentation is complete.
